Due to new and expanded regulatory requirements in European mail-order business, we have temporarily adjusted our available shipping countries.
We currently only ship to the following countries:

United Kingdom
Unfortunately, shipping to other EU member states is currently not possible. The main reason for this is the various country-specific registration, packaging, and reporting obligations. For a small company, their legally compliant implementation currently involves disproportionately high administrative effort.
This restriction only affects the delivery address. Customers from other EU countries can still order, provided that delivery is to an address in Germany.
Deliveries to Switzerland and the United Kingdom
Deliveries to Switzerland or the United Kingdom are exports to a non-EU country. Depending on the order value and the regulations of the recipient country, additional import duties, customs fees, or processing fees may arise. These are not collected by Partalarm and must be borne by the recipient.
We continuously monitor legal developments and are checking whether we can offer shipping to other European countries again in the future.
