Instructions on Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day:

on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods; or
if you ordered several goods as part of a single order and these goods are delivered separately, on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the final item.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by post or email. You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. This does not include additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us.

We will issue the reimbursement using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Section 312g(2)(1) of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and whose production is determined by an individual choice or decision made by the consumer, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal requirements.

This applies in particular to personalized or individually manufactured products, such as items featuring individual names or inscriptions, custom dimensions, or other customer-specific modifications.

Your statutory warranty rights in the event of defects remain unaffected.

Information About Returns

Please contact us at info@partalarm.de before returning any goods so that we can explain the return process to you. This is solely intended to help us process your return more quickly. Prior contact is not a requirement for the valid exercise of your right of withdrawal.

Please do not return goods to us with postage due. We are generally unable to accept postage-due shipments.

Complaints

Please inspect the goods upon receipt for any visible transport or packaging damage and notify both the carrier and us as soon as possible of any apparent damage or incorrect deliveries. Delayed notification will not affect your statutory warranty rights.
