Cancellation policy

As long as your order has not yet entered production or been shipped, you may submit a cancellation request by email to info@partalarm.shop. We will review each request as quickly as possible.

Please note that all products are individually made to order. Once production has begun or the goods have already been shipped, cancellation is generally no longer possible.

In accordance with Section 312g(2)(1) of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no statutory right of withdrawal for personalized products or products made to the customer’s specifications.

For all other items, the provisions of our Instructions on Withdrawal and Returns Policy apply.
