Shipping Policy

Shipping Destinations

I currently ship to Germany and selected countries within the European Union. Whether shipping to your country is available will be displayed during checkout.

Processing Time

As many products are individually made to order, the processing time is generally 2–3 weeks. The current processing time is also stated on the relevant product page.

Shipping Carriers

Depending on the size and weight of the order, shipments are sent using DHL or Deutsche Post.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are clearly displayed in the shopping cart and during checkout.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery times are generally:

• Germany: approximately 1–3 business days

• European Union: approximately 3–10 business days

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and shipping carrier.

Tracking

If tracking is available for the selected shipping method, you will receive a tracking number by email after your order has been dispatched.

Partial Deliveries

If a partial delivery is necessary, you will not incur any additional shipping costs.

Customs Duties and Import Charges

Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or import charges. These costs must be paid by the buyer.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect delivery address, failure to collect it, or refusal to accept delivery, the buyer may be charged the actual return shipping costs and the cost of reshipping the order, provided that the buyer is responsible for the failed delivery.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your delivery as soon as possible after receiving it. If you notice any damage caused during transport, please document it with photographs where possible and contact me promptly. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
