Measure vertically from the floor to the top edge of the door threshold or the height difference to be overcome.

If possible, measure at several points, especially if the threshold or the floor is not completely straight.

Please state the measured dimension when placing your order. Your Robo Ramp will then be manufactured to suit this height.

Important:Please check your measurement carefully. Since the ramp is custom-made according to your specifications, it cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal if the dimensions are incorrect.

– Position the ramp directly and as flush as possible in front of the threshold to be overcome.

– On the back there is a recess for optional attachment with Powerstrips or suitable adhesive strips. Before gluing, the substrate and adhesive surfaces must be clean, dry and grease-free.

– If the version with screw holesis chosen, the ramp has an approx. 4 mm bore for the screwand an approx. 10 mm access openingthrough which the screw can be reached and fastened with a screwdriver.

– Important for screw fastening:The position of the bore in the ramp must be taken into account and transferred exactly when drilling into the subfloor or the threshold. Before drilling, check that there are no cables, pipes or other installations at the intended location.

– Use suitable screws and dowels according to the existing subfloor.

– For multi-part versions, connect all elements completely using the intended dovetail joints.

– Before use, ensure that the ramp is firmly in place and cannot shift, loosen or tip during passage.

– Carry out the first passes of the vacuum or mop robot under supervision.

The Robo Ramp serves as a crossing aid for robotic vacuums and mops at door thresholds and similar height differences.

The ramp is custom-made based on the threshold height you provide.

Whether your robot can then successfully overcome the respective threshold also depends on the robot model used, its ground clearance, wheels, traction, approach angle, and the nature of the surface.

Therefore, successful crossing cannot be guaranteed for every robot model and every installation situation.
