1. Open the window as wide as it will be opened during operation later.
2. At the intended installation position, measure the smallest clear distance between the window sash and the frame or roller shutter box.
3. Check the distance over the entire area that the adapter will later require. Also consider window handles, fittings, seals, and other obstacles.
4. Select the next smaller available adapter size. The adapter must not be wider than the measured clear distance.

Example:If you measure a clear distance of 47 mm, choose the next smaller size offered, for example, 45 mm.

The size specification refers to the widest point of the adapter. Due to production, a dimensional tolerance of approximately ±1 mm applies.

The adapter is designed for exhaust hoses with an external thread of approximately 149–150 mm. The left-hand thread version is supplied as standard.

Measure the outside of the thread tips and check the thread direction. If you are unsure, please send a photo of the connection along with the measured dimensions before purchasing. The model name of the air conditioner alone is often not sufficient for reliable determination.

Before assembly, check that the selected adapter size is smaller than the measured free space.

Carefully insert the adapter at the measured position between the window sash and frame or roller shutter box.

Ensure that the window sash, frame, or roller shutter box do not exert strong pressure on the adapter.

Screw the exhaust hose into the thread without force and align it as straight and tension-free as possible.

Check for a secure fit and, if necessary, secure the adapter using a suitable cord or cable ties through the side eyelets.

Exhaust hose, air conditioner, decoration, and additional fastening or sealing material are not included.

The Slim Adapter is 3D printed in Germany from robust and heat-resistant ABS. Visible layer lines and slight surface differences are due to the manufacturing process and do not constitute a defect. This is a compatible accessory and not an original product from your air conditioner manufacturer.

The compact design reduces the available air cross-section compared to the standard version. The narrower the chosen variant, the more the airflow can be affected.

Therefore, after the initial installation, check whether your air conditioner is working properly and the warm exhaust air is discharged unhindered.

Stop using it immediately if the air conditioner displays an error message, heats up unusually strongly, delivers significantly less air, or produces unusual noises.

Before each use, check for a secure fit and for damage to the adapter. Do not bend, pinch, or install the exhaust hose under tension. Use only indoors, avoid prolonged direct sunlight, and keep away from children. Not a toy.
