Open the window to the extent
it will be open during operation.

At the intended installation position, measure the
smallest free distance between the window sash and the frame.

Choose the next smallest available size:
30, 35, 40, 45 or 50 mm.

The remaining gap will be compensated
during assembly using the adjustment screws.

The adapter is designed for exhaust hoses with an
outer diameter of approximately 149–150 mm. The left-hand thread version is
supplied as standard.

Measure the outside of the thread peaks and
check the thread direction. The hose should screw in directly. If in doubt, send
a photo of the connection and the measured dimensions before ordering.

First, turn back the adjusting screws until the adapter can be inserted without force.

Position the adapter at the measured location.

Turn the screws out evenly and only hand-tight until the adapter sits securely.

Screw in the exhaust hose without force and check the entire assembly.

Check the fit again after a short operating time.

Exhaust hose, air conditioning unit, decoration, and additional fastening or sealing material are not included.

The adapter is 3D printed in Germany from robust and heat-resistant ABS. Visible layer lines and slight surface differences are due to the manufacturing process and do not constitute a defect. Moving threads may feel a little stiffer at first. This is a compatible accessory and not an original product from the manufacturer of your air conditioner.

The adjusting screws are used for positioning and may only be hand-tightened. Excessive pressure can damage windows, frames, or adapters. The adapter is not intended as a load-bearing component or burglar protection.

Before each use, check for a secure fit, and inspect screws and the component for damage. In case of error messages, unusual heating, reduced air performance, or unusual noises, stop using it immediately. Do not kink, crush, or mount the exhaust hose under tension. Use only indoors and keep away from children. Not a toy.
